Bachelor and Master students

 

The contingent of tickets for Bachelor and Master students is limited to 20 seats. If this is used up, the normal prices also apply to students of an upright Bachelor's or Master's degree course. The same refund rules apply as for the other categories.

Please send us the confirmation of an upright undergraduate study to congress@univie.ac.at.

Please observe the following instructions:


Inquiries regarding change requests, payment, deregistration and technical problems must be made exclusively in writing via the event management team at congress@univie.ac.at

  • When registering, please indicate preferences for the working groups you wish to participate in. Based on your preferences you will be assigned to groups. If both preferences are already overbooked, you will receive an alternative proposal based on the available places.
  • Registration for participation with submission of own material (active participation): Submission of an abstract (maximum 1,000 words) is possible until 00.00.2021 at: https://vasom.univie.ac.at/anmeldung/
  • Registration for a participation without bringing in own material (passive participation) is possible until 00.00.2021.
  • Registration for participation with poster presentation: Submission of an abstract is possible until 00.00.2021 under: vasom.univie.ac.at/anmeldung/. The poster will be presented during the Autumn School, for which a separate time slot is provided.
  • Use of the discount for Bachelor and Master students: Please send the confirmation of an upright undergraduate degree to congress@univie.ac.at.
